Bellway Homes–Fardalehill

Select Group has worked with Bellway Homes for over 15 Years. We have a long-standing relationship with Bellway Homes, as such they requested us to secure their Fardalehill development in Kilmarnock. We have completed over 20 developments like this with Bellway and used our tested model of perimeter protection, compound protection and they where our first clients to utilise the new unobtrusive Fire, Heat and CO2 sensors powers by our Sentinel Pod, along with our new wireless leak detection sensors.

The Problem

Due to the high volume of houses nearing completion at the same time, Bellway approached us for fire and water detection solutions are their current options had been both expensive, causing damage to the newly built houses when fitted and ultimately not fit for purpose.

The Solution

Following a thorough site survey and discussion with Bellway’s senior construction team we successfully trialled our new unobtrusive and cost friendly fire and water monitoring sensors. .We demonstrated that one Sentinel Pod can protect up to 40 hours fully for Fire and Water detection and can also run a wireless fire alarm inside the site managers compound up to 100m away from the Sentinel Pod. After this successful Trial Bellway are rolling out these systems UK wide during the end of build phases.
