The AWPR project spanned areas of the BP Fortis (FPS) & Shell (Natural Gas Liquids) pipelines, used for transporting significant quantities of the oil and gas. Any disruption to the pipeline would be catastrophic for the region. We required reactive unskilled workforce to compliment our own team of skilled staff. Further to this the labour market was problematic in this particular area and so we struggled to recruit directly.
